We had a large windstorm that caused some roof damage and woke up to find it raining in our kitchen. It was an incredibly stressful thing to deal with. The guys at Rainbow did an incredible job at putting our minds at ease. Super quick and effective communication as well as an action plan that was put into place within hours got everything resolved quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company and if anything ever happens again, I know who I'm calling first. 5 stars isn't enough to measure the service received, I'd give 100 if I could!

The Rainbow Restoration emergency response team (Saskatoon) responded to my insurance claim request promptly. Ali and his team were diligent, professional, and attentive in carrying out their assigned tasks following a dishwasher malfunction and the resulting damage to the flooring and walls. Ali also recommended an excellent plumber, which was very helpful. While I would have appreciated a bit more communication regarding expected next steps and timelines, I understand that this may be the responsibility of the insurance company rather than Rainbow Restoration.
